Our embroidery pricing depends on several factors, including whether you provide your own items or purchase them from us.

• One-Time Setup Fee: A one-time digitization fee of $45 is required per logo to create the embroidery file.
• Customer-Provided Items: Embroidering a left chest-sized logo typically costs $12-$14 per item. Pricing is based on the amount of stitches in the design.
• We offer a bulk discount for customer-provided items when ordering 12 or more pieces. All items must be the same design, color, and fabric type to qualify.
• Items Purchased From Us: Pricing for embroidery starts at $10 per item, with multiple price breaks available:
  • Discounts apply at 12, 24, 48, 96, 144, and higher quantities.
  • These discounts apply to both the cost of the item and the embroidery itself.
  • Different items requiring different embroidery setups (e.g., hats vs. shirts) cannot be combined for quantity discounts.
     
• Personalized Names & Monograms: If no setup fee is required (such as for names or monograms), pricing starts at $17.50 per item.
  • Price breaks may be available if all items receive the same embroidery, though personalized names usually do not qualify for bulk discounts.
